Now the heels off exercise isn't an exercise that I'd use daily. It's a tool just to fix the excessive pushing of the knees back and hips high that I get with a lot of guys.

The push knees back technique really doesn't have ur hips raise up. But many people raise the butt up so that isn't even the technique the Europeans teach.

Once the ass stops flying up, problem solved. Go back to the floor. All these are just tools. When the time is right, and they get the feeling, there's no need to do these dramatic looking exercises. Unless you really like them
